Hydro-Excavating & Hydro-Jetting

Hydro-Excavating

There are many benefits to hydro-excavating over traditional excavating. Hydro-excavation is the process of using high-pressure water and a vacuum to move or remove soil without damaging underground utilities. In winter, when traditional excavating is difficult, hydro-excavation can be done with pressurized hot water to excavate hard soil with ease.

Some of the benefits:

  • FAST. Hydro-excavating can often allow us to get in and out more quickly. The process is more efficient in terms of labor and physically moving dirt.
  • PRECISE. Hydro-excavating is more precise than the traditional process of excavation. There is often less interruption of daily activities around the work site as a result.
  • SAFE. Hydro-excavating has proven to be safer than traditional methods. This is good news for our crews as well as our clients. This also results in less costly insurance for projects.

Hydro-Jetting

Hydro-jetting is a procedure that uses pressurized water to clear drains of clogs and obstructions. This procedure can often clear up drain issues more effectively and efficiently than the old-fashioned method of snaking the drains.

Is there an obvious clog or a slow drain? Hydro-jetting may be the answer.

Hydro-jetting isn’t always the answer, however. Our professionals will investigate to see what your issue is and choose the best solution.

Video Inspection

In order to fix an issue, we need to know what the issue is. In many cases, the easiest and best way to find a problem is with video pipe inspection. This technology takes all of the guesswork out of diagnosing potential issues.

Video pipe inspection is also a good idea for anyone purchasing a new home. Existing problems or potential issues such as roots in the lines, can be identified before you commit to buying a home.
